Immobilier ancien : acheter avant la hausse des prix !

Les prix de l’immobilier ancien ont progressé de 4.35% au quatrième trimestre 2009 par rapport au trois mois précédent.Toutefois, sur l’ensemble de l’année, les prix des logements anciens ont baissé de 6.37% par rapport à 2008.
Quelle prévision peut-on faire pour l’année à venir ? Il est fort à penser que les conditions d’accès au crédit détermineront l’évolution des prix dans l’ancien et le volume des ventes en 2010.
