Today I will share my views on what I consider to be the Top iPhone Apps:


1. Angry Birds:

Now I think everyone will agree with me on this, who has not played this fun filled exciting game where Angry Birds destroy the green pigs who stole their eggs.Only game to have seen over 200 million downloads, Angry Birds is must have game for every iPhone user.


2. Fruit Ninja:


This is another nice game developed by half brick studios and is available for both iPhone and iPad platforms. This game tests your reaction time and your    ninja skills where you have to slash the fruits shown on the screen and at the same time avoid slashing on bombs which can cost you a life. Ranked #1 across many countries. This app is highly recommended,


3.Cut the Rope:
Cut the Rope
Another fun filled and engaging app from Chillingo, the developers of Angry Birds. Its quite easy to play where you have to feed a creature in the box who simply loves the candies but faces many obstacles before finally gulping down the candy. This app is also available on both iPhone and iPad platforms.


4. Dragon Dictation:
Dragon Dictation
An easy to use app which converts your voice commands to text or e mails instantly. Its much faster than typing and is a recommended app for your iPhone.


5. Kindle:

Kindle app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users allows users to read books, newspapers and magazines using a convenient and easy interface. Readers have a huge collection of books to choose from. The clarity and resolution are superb. It offers an interesting opportunity for reading enthusiasts who want to read anywhere without having to carry huge piles of books.


6. Twitterrific:

A visually appealing and easy to use app which is full of useful features. It lets you compose tweets, search twitter.com, and edit your posts easily. If you are a Twitter enthusiast then this is a must have app for you. Available across iPhone and iPad platforms.


7. The Karate Kid:
The Karate Kid
After the phenomenal success of the movie this app developed by Sony Pictures is simply amazing. This game lets you play free martial arts training exercise for five levels. If you loved the movie, then you are sure to love the game.


8. Public Radio Player:

The Public Radio Player offers streaming from public radio stations across the US. The app offers more than 500 station streams and 1,000 on-demand programs. It has seen over a million downloads since its debut and has been ranked # 1 app.

Panasonic introduced a new GPS navigation system at IFA 2007 for the European market called Strada CN-GP50N . The device has a huge screen and a good price at 400€. As opposed to its strong competition in the field, such as TomTom and Garmin, Panasonic decided to focus its experience on the video and audio features of CN-GP50N which made this device more of an entertainment center rather than just plain old GPS navigation. The display on CN-GP50N measures 5″ – leaving their competition 0.7″ behind – hoping to attract consumers who are looking into watching videos in their vehicle. Panasonic incorporates maps of 37 European countries, including 1.3 million points of interest and even 3D city maps of certain locations and landmarks. iPhone is winning the Mobile Browser war, Nokia and the rest are falling behind

According to the Admob report the Apple iPhone is the most used handset used for surfing the web. Anyone surprised? (click on the image above to view the full sized image) Highlights: Worldwide iPhone OS marketshare has increased from 33 to 40 percent in the last 6 months, with substantial share in all regions except for Asia and Africa. Although its marketshare has been declining, Nokia continues to hold 12 of the top 20 smartphone devices in AdMob’s network.
