Logic-Immo sort la première application IPAD pour l’immobilier

L’IPAD, tant attendu, sort aujourd’hui en France et dans le monde entier. Immobilier2.0 a eu l’occasion cette semaine d’avoir une démonstration de l’application IPAD de Logic-Immo. Le verdict est sans appel : la tablette tactile d’Apple donne une nouvelle expérience utilisateur sans précédent à la recherche de bien Immobilier.

Voici quelques commentaires sur l’application Logic-Immo sur IPAD :
- La navigation est très intuitive et donne une nouvelle dimension à la recherche de bien immobilier.
- Le système de recherche par onglet, qui se déploie, est vraiment simple à utiliser, et permet de toujours avoir des annonces pertinentes.
- L’application utilise des effets propre à l’Ipad. Par exemple, sur les annonces, les photos défilent de façon dynamique pour créer un mini slideshow.
- Il est aussi possible d’annoter chaque annonce, en cliquant sur le bloc note sans quitter l’annonce en cours de visualisation.
- Le seul bémol : la géolocalisation.
