eBay lance une application iPhone de scan de code-barres

Fin juin, eBay rachetait le service mobile RedLaser, outil de recherche de produits et de comparaison de prix fonctionnant à partir des codes-barres photographiés par les utilisateurs avec leur iPhone. Cette semaine, la plate-forme d'e-commerce a lancé son premier produit utilisant cette technologie : une application iPhone gratuite pour son site de vente entre particuliers, Half.com. Les détenteurs du smartphone d'Apple ont ainsi la possibilité de prendre en photo le code-barres d'un produit puis de rechercher cet article dans l'inventaire de Half.com...
