Formula One racing is among the most watched sport all around the world. It is a professional form of sport in its entirety. This sport is an international phenomenon, which raises millions of dollars in business. This money is raked through broadcast, sponsorship and advertising revenues.

Karting is a basic form of Formula one racing. Even if you don’t follow this sport you will enjoy it a lot. In this type of racing, small-engine cars are used for racing on a circuit, whereas in Formula one you will find teams with their patented cars. A lot of companies including Toyota, Ferrari and Renault have got their own Formula One teams. All the teams have got a dedicated staff comprising of staffers, engineers, designers and mechanics etc. which helps to make their cast even faster. The Formula One cars have got the best of the technology in them. This is the reason why the team consist of automobile and aerospace specialist as aerodynamics plays a very important role in running of the cars. The Formula One guidelines say that the teams cannot copy a design and they have to prepare their own racing cars from scratch.
These cars are technological marvels. The Formula One cars that are used now is sleek, low riding gems going up to a speed at 320 kmph. Chassis and engine are the most important parts of the Formula One Car. The engine of the cockpit is located at the back of the car, unlike in standard automobiles. Usually, these cars have got 10 cylinder engines which produces excessive heat for cars to propel forwards. Engineers of the team leave no stone unturned to make their car engines all more powerful.
The construction of Formula One car is also very complicated and technological. There are certain guidelines for car construction that one needs to follow. The maximum weight of the car along with the driver should not exceed 618 kilograms.

With many new circuits like Buddh International Circuit coming up, the fan base of this sport is set to increase. Countries like India, which are set to host the first Formula One race in India, are looking forward to generate a lot of interest. Buddh International Circuit is going to be one of the most sophisticated and aesthetically appealing circuits of the world.
