Windows 8 is the latest addition to the Microsoft’s OS arsenal. There is a huge buzz revolving Windows 8 edition. It has become a universal topic now. If reports are to be believed, this edition of Microsoft Windows will hit the market in the year 2013. The company is working very hard to infuse some really wonderful and revolutionary features in this version.

Microsoft has already developed various games for this edition of Windows so as to attract gamers from all around the world. The Windows 8 will be designed in such a way so as to support the ARM processors. These processors are known world over for their smaller size, lighter weight and less power consumption. Microsoft wants to capture the market of smaller equipments like tablet computers and smart phones. If the company is able to carry it off well then you will find some superb speech recognition and voice recognition technology in Windows 8.
Acknowledging the success of app store and Ovi store, Windows 8 might come up with a store of its own, based on the same platform. This will allow the users to buy or free download various software.
You will find a lot of features in Windows 8 that are similar to the previous version, that is, Windows 7. However, the focus of Windows 8 is in the touch technology that is going to be used. No doubt, this version of windows is going to create a revolution in the market when it will be introduced. The touch experience that you will get in this version of Windows cannot be matched by any other, including Apple. The app tiles which were revealed in the demo of the Windows 8 are unique and unlike desktop icons, then display live information on screen.

With more than a year to go, official date of release is yet to come from the developers. However, the excitement among people has already set in.

Something unusual happened last Friday night at Bar Basic here in San Francisco. When I walked in, the entire room was fixated on on a screen above the bar, which displayed what looked like a musical game but wasn’t karaoke. The game?
