The silky gold coloured casing is mainly coloured in luxurious cream with a black coloured front face complete with bright gold call keys & navigation control key. The majestic black coloured casing comes with a glossy black finish complete with silver call keys, navigation control key & the keypad has small silver coloured key highlights. The G705 has a stylish slide opening system which is smooth to opening when the user needs to access the keypad. This 3G phone is a slim styled handset which is 14.3mm deep when in its side closed position & the handset comes with square shaped edges which give the casing a clean crisp look. The G705 is a member of the Sony Ericsson G range which includes other stunning handsets like the Sony Ericsson G502, Sony Ericsson G700 & the Sony Ericsson G900.

A large high colour screen dominates the front angle of the handset which is 2.4 Inch in size when measured diagonally. The screen is a TFT display which displays 262k colours & has a 320 pixel by 240 pixel screen resolution. The Sony Ericsson G705 supports Google Maps™ & Wayfinder Navigator™ with the Assisted GPS function. The G705 is a WiFi compatible handset which allows the user to gain high speed Internet access wirelessly by connecting the G705 phone to hotspot connections points.
