Les ventes du promoteur ont augmenté de 40% depuis le début de l'année. Cela lui permet de stabiliser son CA sur les 9 derniers mois.
«La reprise des ventes de logements neufs s'explique essentiellement par deux facteurs : la baisse des taux des emprunts immobiliers et les mesures de soutien au secteur décidées par le gouvernement fin 2008. Les dispositifs mis en place connaissent un réel succès, et atteignent les objectifs recherchés : relance des mises en chantier, soutien à l'emploi», a déclaré Alain Dinin, Pdg du groupe.
