Chute des taux de crédit immobilier : un record inégalé depuis 2005

Peu importe la guerre des statistiques que se livrent notaires et réseaux d’agents immobiliers. Car quelle que soit la tendance de l’immobilier 2010, les particuliers désireux d’acquérir un bien immobilier peuvent compter sur un atout de taille : une conjoncture favorable au prêt immobilier !
La baisse ininterrompue des taux de crédit immobilier, commencée en novembre 2008, vient en effet de franchir un nouveau seuil historique avec le tout dernier recul de l’ordre de 0,1% enregistré pour le mois d’avril…
